Lorel Dunbar family room (now 2 DVD players!)
- Upgraded the refrigerator at Lorel Dunbar.
- Installed blinds on the lake-facing windows in Lorel Dunbar living
room.
- Added a charcoal grill to complement the gas grill at Lorel Dunbar.
- Upgraded the patio table on Wesley Circle #1 screened porch.

- Upgraded the
Lorel Dunbar family room furniture by replacing the hide-a-bed couch
with a comfy sectional containing a pull-out bed and 2 recliners.
- Stained the upper and lower decks at Lorel Dunbar.
- March 12, 2006
- Built permanent walls (and doors) to enclose upper bedrooms in the
Lorel Dunbar home.
This now provides 4 completely private bedrooms plus a loft

- Added 4 more tall patio chairs to Lorel Dunbar upper deck to take full
advantage of lake view
- Air hockey table added to Wesley Circle #1

increasing the sleeping accommodations to 17.

- Added another sofa and foldout loveseat in Wesley Circle #1 -
increasing the sleeping accommodations to 12.
- Added a recliner to the Wesley Circle #2 living room
- Added a Papason chair to the Lorel Dunbar loft
- May 3, 2005
- We have been notified by the State of KY that an additional 1%
transient tax must now be collected for all stays after June 1,
2005. This results in the total taxes that we must collect to be
10.24%. Although it is out of our control, we apologize for the
inconvenience.
